we use Magic jack, we like it the only draw back is it doesn't do faxes and you need to keep your computer on all the time. We love the cost at $20 for the year and they have deals for 5 years for $59. The nice thing is you can hook up to your laptop and take it with you were ever you go. But you get voice mail which you can check through your emails at work or anywhere else, you have caller ID and more stuff
