We are blackballing Michaels for unethical labor practices...please support and avoid the Fort Union store. The manager changes employees schedules without telling them, then writes them up or fires them for not coming in. She also writes up employees for calling in sick, even with a doctor's note or if they are in the hospital, and then terminates them for not coming to work. Employees work with high fevers because of this...and could spread disease to their customers.
